Rates: $3.00 per page
Includes any size tapes, CDs, DVDs, VHS videotapes & digital files.
No extra charge for rushes, multiple speakers, different formats or added timecodes.
Format: We transcribe in double-spaced format using MS Word software, 12-pitch New Courier font, with 1-inch margins.

Payments: Credit cards only. For your convenience, we accept Discover, VISA, MasterCard and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Data Entry & Mass Mailings: Fees differ depending on each project and the amount of work involved. Please email or call to discuss your project.
Document Retrieval: You retrieve your transcripts using your given password and ID by going to our server and downloading them directly into your own computer. (You can also upload your digital files here). We do not return your transcripts by email attachment. We believe your documents are confidential and should remain that way.
Payment Plans for Large Projects: We will work with you to produce an acceptable payment schedule on large projects.
